Don't get me wrong. I like CYMI's prospects going forward. However, CYMI's "monopoly" is probably priced in to the stock and if the "monopoly" disappears, the stock price will be affected.

I don't want to be too argumentative about this but I couldn't disagree more. If CYMI were priced like a monopoly in an industry with good growth and such a vital technology, it would be selling at a market cap more like $5 billion not $500 million. In my opinion, Cymer is being priced like an ordinary company in an industry with ordinary prospects.
