Lou;
If Amber is involved in Swiftrade, which is part of ZSUN, as FG has so kindly pointed out, then of course it reflects on ZSUN. After all didn't your precious ZSUN talk about Swiftrade. in their OWN WORDS (ZSUN press release of 2/5/99) entitled "Ziasun's On-Line Brokerage"
As for the court systems, unless they have diplomatic immunity, and I do not believe corporations, since they are not "natural entities" but rather "legal entities", qualify to be diplomats, are subject to the laws of the host country.
So now ask yourself, is Amber part of the US diplomatic corps? Obviously not (Dont believe me, check with the US State Department). So they are subject to HK law. (Don't believe me, contact the HK SAR.)
So, yes, they, like your or I (Unless you are a diplomat) would be subject to HK laws while in HK. Just like a HK national is subject to US laws when in the US, or French laws when in France. (Maybe Pivo could explain how this works in the Czech Republic, but I am guessing it is the same there too!)
Now you have even more sources to check. ZSUN's press release of 2/5/99. The US Department of State, AND the HK Government. Better get to work. I already have.
