I'm not sure I follow your point. Are you saying that:

1. CYMI really does have a monopoly but nobody except a few of us on SI know about it so it is not priced into the market? or

2. CYMI is priced like an "ordinary company in an industry with ordinary prospects" because that's what it is? or

3 or something else?
