WHO is WRONG !!!!
The management of BII who sold 20 mill.++ shares at $1.50 in the last 6 months (10 mill in Dec.98') or the people paying $15.00 in Mar.99, Either BII management were very, very wrong and sold shares way too cheap, thereby denying shareholders a fair price for their assets or people are currently paying way too much. Insiders kept only 8% of the stock, I think that answers the question. The Inet auction craze was already a known quantity when they sold so much stock for so little, relative to todays price. Remember BII management are too smart to have sold for too little.
Since the time they sold the last 10 mill. shares virtually nothing has changed , except growth has slowed and indexing inclusion .
