Bill, while acquiring 15% of the shares would trigger the poison pill, one can get a seat on the board with less than that. Just look at the proxy statement to see the varying number of shares held by each director. A 10% holding, for example, would certainly give someone a shot at a director's position, particularly if the person had something to contribute, like expertise, or financial/technical/marketing contacts, etc.
