I think the one reason that this stock hasn't moved... or has even slid a bit is that folks are jettisoning this stock to get into Qualcomm. (I lost $60k on the FRO news in April calls, but in the last 10 days made a quarter of a million $ on Qualcomm July 85s and July 120s)
