>>Remember BII management are too smart to have sold for too little.<<

I too have always been curious as to the reasons why insiders sell their shares. However, when Mr. Godin still has 1.3 million plus shares in his personal portfolio, I tend not to be too concerned. LOLOL

Maybe, some of these were sold off by an executive that was forced to leave the company. Maybe some of the management team used some of the proceeds from the sale of those shares to help them offset the personal costs they incurred to start the business. Maybe they sold them to lock in some profits. Maybe they used some of the proceeds to purchase calls from other individuals who had the unfortunate timing to write them. Does this strike close to home? LOL

There are a number of reasons why people sell shares. All I know is that I am very satisfied with my investment in this company, and I am happy with the performance of the shares and the company since I have been a shareholder. What I am extremely happy about is the staggering potential for share price increases in the very near future.

Hope this helps!
