I think that may have been somewhat misleading in that I did not give the numbers for Oct 98 so here they are: Over 200 10/08/98 541 6.8% Over 20 10/08/98 810 10.2% Over 10 10/8/98 702 8.8% Now they have risen since the Oct lows but as we went to new highs in the last few weeks they have been declining. When one looks at just the NYSE or just the NASD it is somewhat different than when one looks at the COMBINED numbers. The charts I developed from these new numbers also draw a better picture since they do not spike up and down as badly and are somewhat more smoothed. Again FWIW
