nuke, if it is our will, then we should vote on a declaration of war and do it with 100% effort with our own generals in charge.

Not this mickie mouse half-hearted effort where we whine when the opposing force does something outside the box, like capture our soldiers.

I remember a Star Trek episode where the alien society was in war for generations. They perfected it so much that it was all done via computers. When one side lost, people simply stepped into extermination chambers and said goodbye.

War is hell! Either we accept that and quit pretending a few bombs will end it. Or we get the hell out.

It's really as simple as that. Anyone who believes the serbs are going to lye down and scream No-Mass over Kosovo is living in a dream world. If we really want peace it's going to take ground forces and a sustained long term presence. Even then I expect terrorist actions in the region for decades.
