Dagan, Now that is a revelation coming from you! >>I'm not referring to insider selling , rather why the company sold 75 % of outstanding stock as recently as DEC.98 (10 mill.)for $1.50 share. The proceeds from the last 12 mill. sold still in the bank as of MAR.<< The pricing of the stock or warrants was determined by the market. There was no miscalculation! Regards, Tom
