Difficult to say, but....
I think $50 might even be low-balling it here. That would give it a market cap. of approx. $440 million. About the same as CDNow, Egghead, et al.

As long as Amazon doesn't announce any new major relationships or deals to purchase more products directly from major labels, then I believe a $1 billion cap. is reachable in the near term.

What amazes me is that an established company such as Valley, which is obviously Internet-related and apparently is going to depend much more on the Internet for future revenues, can have such little following on a board like this, when other Internet IPO's such as Critical Path and Priceline already have 100's of posts. Incredible.
