I haven't seen anything specific yet about an annual meeting. I'm sure it will be announced soon. As far as a proxy fight goes, it will all depend on how shareholders like you and I decide. Insiders do not control a majority of CHGO, neither does Alex Muerelo. I haven't decided yet which way I would go, but at this point in time I am all ears.
