Your "discovery" was poor. I doubt if anyone on this board would be included. Read the dates. This is an entirely different lawsuit. 1. Plaintiff brings this action under federal and state law as a class action on behalf of a class consisting of himself and all others (the "Class") who purchased shares of Heartland Wireless Communications, Inc. ("Heartland" or the "Company") securities on the open market from November 15, 1995 through August 14, 1998 (the "Class Period"). Plaintiff seeks, on behalf of himself and the Class, to recover damages directly caused by Defendants' violations of the Federal securities laws and state common law.
