True, the Israeli air force triumphed. But keep in mind that (pretty much) anything and everything we sell them, they do take it to the next level in upgrading. I know we have a damn good military and am a red-blooded American. But I am also pro-Israel. Believe it or not, I read somewhere in the past that Israel is the third or fourth largest nuclear power in the world. And yes, they probably will be the ones most willing to use them in their own national security interest. Do you blame them? But The USSR is not as weak as you think. They are the MASTERS in deception. Who knows? Maybe they intentionally designed, and sold defunct weapons to Syria to make the world seem that they are down and out, or just plain weak. Did you know that Russia recently unveiled their own version of a stealth fighter/bomber? Did you also know that they too have been working on their own version of HAARP? Recently, they unveiled a missle so advanced, that it can evade any defense system? I even heard that they have dug a tunnel right underneath Turkey for their "last dash to the south"? In the Persian-Gulf war, the US intercepted transmissions from Russia that pinpointed the Scuds straight to parts of Israel. They are our new "friends". Why has Russia (and even China for that matter) still conducting military war games in a time of so-called "peace"? I hope that the next leader is not some madman, like Zironosfky. You should pick up a copy called "Through the Eyes of the Enemy", by Stanislav Lunev. Better yet, read parts of EZEKIEL. The part that gives references to a latter day war having to do with "gog" and "magog". You'll see what I am talking about............'nuff-said.
