Ned, I think that the filing of the registration statement is a non-event. Doesn't mean anything. It's a legal requirement to give those investors the same right all of us have -- the right to realize a profit. Actually, the filing now is helpful, because once CYCH takes off, I wouldn't want such a filing to cause investors to get weak-kneed.
