Scott, I realize the law suit link I provided was for a prior claim - it is however, ongoing and any actions the company takes that indicates continued behavior is a plus for his defense. It also provided a link to a phone number for anyone to call and ask questions re: Heartland through the attorney's office that is completely familiar with the operating techniques of Heartland. No, I am not going to sue. Don't want to waste your time - but I used Discoverbrokerage and it appears the funds I had in HARTQ have been put in my money market account. If I were to have lost 2 grand it would have been a cheap lesson. Please refrain from reading my posts in the future or responding.
