....though Samsung is in the same range and Hyundai is probably not far behind. Both Samsung and Hyundai are ahead of MU here. Samsung is already sending a 128 Meg using .18um. And let us not forget IBM. They just sent out their .18um with some great little features MU has not been able to make work in the smaller sizes; yet.
