....Avista is looking for a partner in the consumer-products field to help produce and market the device -- preferably someone in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry, Zentz said.... Interesting. Sure puts UTX in a great position. They're poised and ready within their existing consortium (ONSI, IFC, and Carrier) to do just this. Wonder if they talk to each other. UTX's annual report didn't even mention ONSI or IFC! MKTY/DTE has their agreement with GE in place and seems to be a step ahead re: "the last mile".
