Did everyone see Friday's Wall Street Journal? Article on Brazil - central bank thinks devaluation/growth won't be as bad as originally thought and positive economic growth by year end. I have noticed others saying the same recently. Also news on U.S. cell phone growth indicates continued incredible demand. I may be wrong but I can't help but believe this weakness in Cell is an incredible opportunity. I'm going to buy more - more than I should. Will somebody stop me - with a valid reason?
