Ghassan that is a more realistic explanation than some of the far fetched theories posted on this thread. I think also that Del has been reading all the negative comments on this and the Yahoo thread regarding his leadership and decided to call it quits. The fall in share price was a vote of no confidence to his plan to turn this company around. His decisions - regarding the purchase of Visigenic and name change - did not result in a better company and provided depreciation of share value. If he stayed my guess his contract would not have been renewed and in order to save face he resigned. I think we may see poor quarter.
