If you remember, a few years ago there was a riot in Albania itself. Thousands of refugees crossed Adriatic sea on small boats to Italy.
The crime wave in Italy, caused by those people was so overwhelming, that Italians are still shaking, and resisting any idea of hosting Albanian refugees on their soil.
