RGC looks like a great double play, the stock has dived because of the plant delay, plus the rock shortage ! Looks to me like 2- 4wks at $14 , good news out re-plant in full swing, back up to $22 2 weeks after that. New construction will be in full swing by then , demand higher than ever. Scouser
