Good analysis! Volume is a key indicator in my analysis but the volume on the NASDAQ and New York issues seem to be different by a factor of close to 2. It almost seems that they count a buy and a sell as 2 separate transactions. Do you know how volume is counted on the NASDAQ? Counting the gap down day in CSCC it has traded about 147 mllion shares on the downside with almost no up days. There are only 90 million shares outstanding (removing closely held and acquisition shares) so this is more than 50% above the total float. Clearly, some people have been panicked out who bought at the initial drop but there can't be too many more sellers based on the fact that nothing has fundamentally changed with the company. Would appreciate any info about Nasdaq volume from anyone.
