I recall that speculators bid up AIPN upon the news of them getting a PSC contract in the Caspian region, and I assume that people are placing some value on their estimated reserves. I didn't realize that they have added an asphalt refinery to their business. What a waste of money!! Have you heard of Solvex and Arakis ;-)
