Jing: Almost everyone I know has heard of eBay, but maybe 10 percent of them actually use eBay. True. eBay can't grow quickly forever, but neither can anyone else, including Yahoo. I do believe eBay needs to start doing other things to bring in more buyers and more sellers, and perhaps need to become more of a portal that offers free information.
