Morning Sergio, without knowing anything about the company's passed and present situation,I'll give it a shot but this would probably be a better question for Zeev.Looks to me the debs placed on 3/31/97 are OK high yield bonds...As to the ones placed on 3/31/98...I don't like them ,"adjusted at each payment date based on the market price of the Company's shares" almost sounds floorless...It seems between 97 and 98 they lost much of their credit worthiness IMO and the terms of the debs reflect this..But I know absolutley nothing about the company,so will not pass judgement..In fact, is it stated anywhere that these are convertible debs?, or just an adjusted collateral base, determined by the price of the stock, semi-annually? If that's the case, may not be a problem if they can keep up with the payments..
