Amber's illegal activity occurred between April and July of 1998, three months before Ziasun owned Swiftrade.

Amber Securities used Swiftrade, a trading program sold by a then-private company called Momentum Internet.

Ziasun didn't buy Momentum Internet (and Swiftrade) 'til October 1998, after any illegal activity in Hong Kong. Then Amber became a Ziasun customer inherited from MI. Amber continues to use Swiftrade as it's online platform.

But I guess you DD'ers already knew that.
