Whatever would make you think that VNE is anything more than a contract programmer for the eMerge alliance?

... or that it would get sufficient income to offset its current liabilities?

What reason might drive a reasonable or prudent investor to throw good money into a company such as VNE that has chosen to use securities loopholes to avoid issuing a prospectus?

There is no official record with its regulators as to:

what business it is in,
what products it sells,
who its competitors or customers are,
what the risk factors are, or
what its business plan may be.

So far no one has posted any facts that would cause me to believe that VNE will trade above $0.50 a year from now.

And from what I can see of the financials at sedar.com there's a high probability that liquidity of the shares will totally disappear; and that if it does actually trade, it will trade well below $0.50.
