He said it was the first time he heard about scout-drilling.And about grab surface samples ,even if they do'nt kick, there should be some basic elements as Bi,As,Sb,Mn,that would show the existence of a true "mineralized porphyry".
If you take a look at all the releases that Rock has made, they continuely refer to work that they have done, is support for proving up a billion tonne ore deposit. It is there opinion that grabs and the like are either supporting the theory or not. Their intent is to identify the environment that this property developed under. During that process Rock has released material showing that the discovery phase does support a billion tonne porphry.
And about going out pumping out their stock on specific grab results,he was a little surprised. He said it is the right of the shareholder/investor to know of any results on sampling done by the company
He shouldn't be. Many companies will do surface evaluations as a pre-cursor to an IP to identify the area of interest. If all the chip samples were reported to shareholders than, a higher level of care, custody and catalogueing would be required under the new mining laws in Canada. If you are using them to quantify the geological structure of a property, then they are only a support to a theory. In saying this , IMHO RKR isn't holding back data, they have reported chip sample results in the past, as well as, their exploratory drill program results.
And it is always good promotion especially if you found such a big anomaly. It is also the right of the investor to filter the information and to decide if it is "bullshit".I agree with him on that,so let's bring the samples
We found the big anomaly as a result of the pre-IP scouting and discovery phase. I believe we will have a complete and comprehensive geological description of this section of the property when the Geological report is complete, it will outline the entire summers work results and their findings. This report is due to RKR within days and will likely be made public shortly after presentation to the companies that have signed confidentiality agreements with RKR.
Any further questions, please ask. If there are any answers you do not agree with, I will direct them to RKR's in house geologist for the RKR position on these matters.
