OT: Acceptable defects.

So, we're to 'live with' a few bad pixels. What's next, a few bad memory chips, a 'senile' ROM, or how about a missing hard drive.

I'd be willing to accept a display with a few missing pixels if the people selling me the system would accept my credit card payment with a few missing digits when I place the order!

For crying out loud, can't these people learn! The North American auto manufacturers almost went broke before discovering that the public will no longer accept crap. Learn from other's mistakes -- it saves the pain of making them yourself.

Happy Easter, PW.

P.S. Sorry for the rant.
