They have a customer base and brand name.

Since they're famous for sound, Yamaha or Roland might want them. I sold my stock last December because I wasn't sure that the buyback would continue to hold up the price. Retiring 10% of the shares this year won't be enough. They'd need to retire at least 20%. Dividends don't mean much in the land of double taxation where most of the shares are traded. We need to reform our tax code.

Intel and S3 are going to wipe out the low and middle portions of the graphics card market with combined chip set and graphics card functions in a single package.

There was an article in the WSJ recently about the resurgence of player pianos. There's still room for creative companies to make money in sound.

I'm considering getting back in if the stock hits a 12 month low. The next few months tend to be bad for the market, so I might get my chance.
