Handshake, The people that short 30 cent stocks do not care if the whole world calls in their certs. How many US firms do you know that allow you to short a 30 cent stock??? The people that are shorting mdin are doing it outside the US where the rules are different. These are naked shorts - they do not borrow shares. Calling in the certs will make no difference.
