Your are very perceptive, George. Not only is Aber's name striken form the Winspear Press releases but Aber has not issued any Press Releases of their own on Snap Lake results recently, nor did they make any mention of Snap Lake in their Prospectus to raise 100 million at $14.40 per share.
Now if Aber does indeed have an interest in Snap lake would the results from Snap Lake not be a material change affecting Aber's value? What is going on here George?
Talk about disclosure problems!
What can the market conclude? Where are Aber shareholders supposed to get accurate information? Check out the Aber web site. Nothing there!
Aber's interest was at least $50 million as they have turned down an offer for at least that much.
You would think that a company would report regularly on a $50 million asset, don't you think?
