Brian, the shares sold by the CEO are not a buy signal -g-,
at the same time he has the right to take some money off
the table. It's not a low risk investment.

BTW, IOMEGA guys were selling shares all the way up from 1
(split adjusted) to 55 and down to 16. Just too much risk
too have all your eggs in one company.
