LOL, he obviously misrepresented the "planned sales" to be actual sales. That is my point. If he cannot tell the difference between filings and sales, he is far from the expert he and others claim him to be.

It is clear why the stock went down. People did not like the news in the filing. In case you missed it, many of us were discussing the problems in the 10K well before zeev showed up.
