wily,

I have not had this problem, nor have I had any of the other problems described on this thread in the past week or two. I have been using RT3 for close to a year on a Dell 400 with 128 megs of ram and I am currently connected via 256k ADSL.

One point that may be relevant is that I have not yet downloaded the most recent (so-called "beta") version of RT3. I am using the version just prior to that one. So maybe some people are having problems with the beta version.

I want to encourage MBT users to join and participate in #mbtrading, the MBT chat room. This is the most effective way to get help with RT problems. The chat room is staffed full time (trading day only) by MBT tech specialists. There are also a dozen or more MBT customers who hang out there full time and help out with tech issues. Some of these users know more than the MBT guys and information is shared freely.

Posting problems here and calling in to MBT may help you, but going in the chat room is the advanced approach.

Hope you all get your glitches worked out. RT3 works very smoothly for me.

Rick
