How much video and 'main' RAM do you have on your machine? This sounds suspiciously like a problem w/video RAM. I experienced something comparable with another piece of software and that was the culprit.

ALSO, RT does not 'behave well' i.e. there are certain Windows conventions that Microsoft 'recommends' that Townsend opted not to follow. As such, RT 'leaks' memory i.e. each time you shut down and restart RT, you lose some memory until you reboot (you can watch this happen if you open up SYSMON). I've experienced something similar to what you're describing but only after I've restarted RT a few times for whatever reasons ('no accts available', etc.). Then I have to reboot.

Unrelated observation: I like to do research after market on Friday afternoon. I'm on the left coast so that's Friday eve. in Chicago. Starting about a month ago, Townsend takes RT down at that point and the system is unavailable.
