Happy Easter / and or Passover from me also. And second Richard's wish. Finally combed the 10K last night. One small question- about the preferred again- if anyone would answer, thanks in advance. This phrase .. <<will entitle the holder thereof to receive noncumulative dividends at the rate of 8% per annum, if declared by the Company's Board of Directors. >> The board has a choice? Is it, as before, that dividends only have to be declared when positive assets exceed negative? The shares will of course be siphoned into the float between June and 2008. ( also apologies for listing the DIS as instrumentation in that summary ...is of course 19mm. )
