Actually they are scum too. But in case you haven't noticed they've been pretty invisible lately. Try and use that tiny brain of yours to figure out why. Even though we disagreed on the co I could easily understand the shorts coming in last July after SRCM ran up on takeover rumors. The smart shorts made a killing then but have long since covered and moved on. Only fools like you are still around crying the same bs. Only fools like you would just dismiss the JV with TV Guide. Only amateur fools like you could possibly believe that TV Guide has nothing better to do than to waste time joining this mass conspiracy to hype srcm. Only fools like you would read a 10k' s "risk factors" and not understand that EVERY development stage co has to spell out everything possible that could go wrong to cover their asses legally. Only fools like you can't see or understand the the synergies these two co's bring to each other. Only fools like you didn't see or don't understand why SRCM's EPG[ Electronic program guide] was not included in the JV but will be given to TV Guide separately.

I hope you get my point, fool before you become a very poor fool.

In case you haven't noticed TV Guide was up 10 points the last 2 days. A definitive agreement will be signed shortly. THe combined business plans will be shown to analysts.
