I agree edwin. It's amazing since the state keeps rehashing the same old stuff over and over again with no real change. Hopefully our new "the new gov" will change that..

If the hearing is May 2nd, and it takes 30 days, it's probably going to be another 30 days for summaries and 30 days for the court's opinion. I'd imagine we'll se some activity, but a real move is still 90 days away unless there is a settlement.. Does that sound correct?
