I have the @home cable access. It is user friendly, unbelievably fast, and there is no dial-in, you're always online. Cable access changes the internet experience, and makes it entirely more useful.

The downside of @home is if there is a problem, you will be on hold for 1 hour (not an exaggeration) before you get a customer service rep who won't be able to help you. But fortunately, once the system is set up, it seems to run trouble free.

If it were possible to make this broadband access ubiquitous, I think AOL would be in very big trouble.
