I grew up in seattle area...it's a tough area to forecast. There's something even more important than weather, but related to it, and that's being stuck in the eternal traffic jam. traffic reports are lousy...people spend up to two hours a day in their cars stuck in traffic. I betcha people will pay up for a really really good traffic report combined with weather and GIS traffic planning advice. Get tied into a popular radio station where you can establish an internet presence for them and do their weather and traffic report. It's really a much bigger market than the internet casino.
