Yeah, I'm afraid it is Clinton. The man has always surrounded himself with inept fools, children, and low-lifes for advisors. He needs to be admired and worshiped.

Where others often see conspiracy, I usually see folly. I think you give the govt too much credit. It's just people screwing up, it happens all the time.

This sorry operation certainly isn't the military's idea.
