I certainly agree. It is clear this sale by D Smith is accurate since no one is disputing it. I just want to be able to find these filings on my own and am wondering why I cannot locate it in the Edgar Database. Is the filing in that database and I missed it? Doe it not need to be filed as of yet? I am just trying to learn.
