-QP, like Pascal, evaluates every anded condition [i.e., doesn't exit at the first false], so much of the older code was nested for speed.

-Recent QP builds don't show little performance gain from nesting except for complicated assignments or loop calculations [like ATRange].

-No reason, however, not to nest, and some and versions [such as if A > 0 and C/A > 5 then ...] would necessarily fail.
