To All:

I have not been able to figure out why Teck wanted to extend the
agreement.

Is Teck interested in other projects around the world
and wants more time before committing to a development program at
Petaquilla? If so, they may eventually decline to participate in the
project.

It was Adrian's stated intent to sell its 26% interest (after Teck
earns its 26%). The most logical candidate to buy them out would, of
course, be Teck. There has been some concern that if Teck DOES decline, ADL would have to look for a new venture partner. Would this
be a problem? To answer my own question, I don't think so. It IS a
world class property. What do those on this thread think?
