Zeev, I don't know TSIG, but it sounds like the CEO has a cushy deal. <g>

I disagree on your last statement. The insiders are hiding the compensation by convincing the herd that buybacks are good for them. Without the buybacks and the agreement of the herd, they wouldn't dare steal as much as they are now. So, the buybacks are not evil in themselves, but they are used as a smokescreen for one of the greatest shareholder rapes in history.
