INTC will have to caution at the very least, IMO, when they release earnings. I agree with Earlie -- OTW they will have a some lawsuits, maybe not enough to take any serious change out of their pockets, but some headaches and why not go ahead and lower the bar right after earnings? When do you reckon we will find out there's no settlement for MSFT?
