Abner,

I think you are right. This NATO war on a
soverign nation could be the trigger for a
real nationalist to seize power in Russia.
As I understand it, there are Russian volun-
teers now going to Yugoslavia to assist in
the civil war. They are going to get drawn
into the conflict. They actually have far
more interest in the outcome of this conflict
than the United States.
