Hi Rod,

And thank for that in-depth analysis of AOL problems. I am continually amazed at the number of people who will attribute the company, not the investor with the responsibility of market pricing.

No matter how many charts I see, no matter how many books I read, no matter how many options I buy and sell, the key to my investment approach is TREND... Now if you were to say, " Hey, Billie-boy, have you looked at AOL's 200 day MA... it is DOWN!" then you and I could talk about how the markets' view AOL, and it's perceived value to investors. We could then get into various discussions of MAs and reversals and technical stuff like that. But to editorialize (your perfect right) on YOUR perceived views of the management of AOL... is like trying to listen to the hundreds of thousands of investors, one at a time, who are voting anyway with their buy/sell decisions.

Don't get me wrong. Everything you say may be right on. And maybe that is one of the reasons AOL is bearish rather than bullish long term. But to me, the stockholders voting one at a time gives me greater faith in the process than what one of them says... to me actions speak louder than words.

Let me know when you want to get into the tech stuff and I'll be here.

Regards,

Bill
